Step outside to enjoy your private garden and spacious outdoor areas designed for relaxation, with garden furniture and chill-out zones. The property has a large patio surrounding the house, divided into several areas, some covered—perfect for any time of day. You can also use your own barbecue and grill area, as well as a traditional fireplace and a water well on the grounds. There are 3 shared parking spaces on the premises, and the location is convenient for public transport. Events are allowed until midnight, and 1 pet is welcome. Please note there are video and audio recording devices in common areas at the entrance and patio, but they remain disconnected during your stay.
